We systematically collect and analyze information to report on progress against established plans and verify compliance with established standards. We also make it easier to examine the reasons why changes have occurred (or not), and to draw conclusions in this regard.

Creation of curricula
a 5-day workshop to validate a comic book . The Department of Curricula, Innovation and Pedagogy of the Ministry of National Education was held to assess its quality, relevance, coherence, added value and complementarity with the curricula in force in the schools, as well as its usefulness to the Burundian community.
Reduction in absenteeism
The absenteeism rate has been reduced by 52% for the 2022-2023 school year, out of 250 children benefiting from the canteen for education.
Strengthening of the learning environment
or the year 120 accompanied pupils, for the first cycle the success rate from 1st to 4th year primary increased from 43% to 54%. For the second cycle (grades 5-7), the average success rate rose from 51% to 72.6%. For the final cycle (8th year, basic to 3rd year post-basic), the average pass rate rose from 49% to 73.6%. In short, the overall success rate is 69.6%.
Recycling
25 jobs have been created thanks to the recycling of plastic waste, with 790 plastic bottles, 36 5-litre buckets and 9m of PVC pipe recycled. 412 recycled products were sold and the annual income was USD 2,038.75.
Financial inclusion of women
6 groups with 121 women and 63 men, the capital of the groups for the year 2023 varies between USD 261.45 and USD 1,179.5 The members are grouped into 103 individual IGAs (income-generating activities) and 5 collective IGAs.
Via the Kugicaniro approach
30 sessions of exchange and debate with professionals, innovators, employers and employees to give young people guidance on Careers. 1,500 young people took part in the sessions, which resulted in the selection of 25 young entrepreneurs. To take part in business plan development training.
Vocational Centre
538 successful candidates each year in art companies and vocational trades are strengthened in transferable skills.
