Juvency is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all activities in support of relationships with existing stakeholders, volunteers and staff so that objectives are achieved on time, in full, with care and at an acceptable cost in the short and medium term.

NDANGA Renaud Juvency did law studies at university. Passionate in Humanitarian Response Plan.  he started as a volunteer in the surveys organized by APECOS (A project supporting victims of HIV and AIDS in Income generating activities): collection of qualitative and quantitative data in Mugina commune, Cibitoke Province (Burundi).  In 2017 he was appointed as the coordinator of the humanitarian program “Nanje Nobaho” of spring communities.  In 2022 he was certified by the Center-School of Research and Development Bujumbura-Burundi, in Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning. In 2022 he was certified by UNICEF in protection against sexual exploitation and abuse and appointed PEAS focal point for spring communities. In 2024, he became a trainer in the Teaching at the right level approach in Burundi.
